Occupational Therapist (OT)
Bring your passion for sensory integration and daily living skills to a clinic built on teamwork, autonomy, and coordinated care.
- Assess sensory processing and functional needs, then build measurable OT goals and plans
- Co-treat and share insights with our interdisciplinary team to support unified, whole-child progress
- Strengthen independence through routines, ADL skill-building, and family carryover strategies with streamlined documentation
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Help children build communication that supports both language development and behavioral growth—powered by integrated planning and AAC support.
- Assess speech/language needs and develop individualized treatment plans (including AAC when appropriate)
- Partner with families and clinicians to embed communication strategies across sessions and environments
- Lead AAC implementation and family training while tracking meaningful, functional outcomes
Physical Therapist (PT)
Join our integrated care team and help children build strength, mobility, and confidence through whole-child, goal-driven therapy.
- Evaluate gross motor skills and create individualized PT treatment plans
- Collaborate with BCBAs, OTs, and SLPs to align goals and support coordinated care
- Use our sensory gym and pediatric treatment spaces to drive functional progress and celebrate milestones
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Registered Field Trainer (RFT)
Deliver 1:1 ABA sessions with consistency and care under a clear plan and strong supervision.
- Implement treatment plans and collect session data
- Teach functional skills and build rapport
- Follow behavior protocols with fidelity
Clinical Director (or Lead BCBA)
Set clinical standards, mentor clinicians, and ensure quality of care while helping scale the program with integrity.
- Establish systems for supervision, documentation, and treatment quality
- Mentor BCBAs and support complex cases
- Monitor outcomes and ensure ethical compliance
Administrative / Clinic Support (Intake, Scheduling, Office Support)
Coordinate communication and logistics so the client experience is smooth and families feel supported.
- Manage intake steps and client communications
- Coordinate schedules and documentation workflows
- Support day-to-day clinic operations
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Lead assessment, program design, and clinical oversight while partnering with families and staff.
- Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Supervise, train, and coach RBTs/RFTs
